We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Injury Case Manager. Currently, we are specifically looking for a Case Manager who is fluent in both Chinese(Mandarin or Cantonese) and English. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, investigating and organizing assigned cases.
Duties:
- Maintain case files and ensure all necessary documents are properly filed and organized
- Interview clients to gather information relevant to their cases
- Write demand letters, representation letters, etc.
- Keep clients updated on their cases
- Be in contact with insurance adjustors, doctors, etc.
- Negotiate with insurance companies to secure the best settlements for clients
- Previous experience as a case manager is a plus
- Proficiency in proofreading and writing legal letters
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Adobe
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
